In June of 2018 I was diagnosed with Guillain-Barré syndrome, AMSAN variance , paralyzed from the neck down and on a ventilator for 5 months. In February of 2019 I moved my wheelchair for the first time. Even when things got rough, my family has cheered me on for every victory no matter how small.
