FOLLOW-UP: Wetumpka PD arrested and prosecuted these two lovely ladies for helping feed, capture and spray stray cats in their city. They were both charged and found guilty of third-degree criminal trespassing. The ladies appealed and city prosecutors have come to their senses and dropped this case.
