Oklahoma State Trooper boldly violates a man's civil rights on a LIVE national broadcast. It all started with the trooper conducting a traffic-stop. The man happened to be walking by the traffic-stop and decided to exercise his right to FREE-SPEECH. So the cop violates his civil rights on LIVE TV.
