A foul-mouthed Chicago PD cop drove up to a store where no crime had been reported. This cop then proceeded to start agitating and unleashing a tirade of insults at the store-workers before assaulting and unlawful arresting one of the workers. Cop's actions landed Chicago taxpayers another lawsuit.
