Tar Barrels of Ottery Saint Mary in Devon UK is held annually on November 5th. Thousands come from all over to watch. There are 25 Barrels throughout the day starting with children's barrels at midday. Barrels increase in size through too the midnight barrel. If one comes towards you, MOVE!
