This is Spring Valley Mayor Alan Simon. The Mayor was once a judge but got disbarred because of his insane and batsh!t crazy public rants. The mayor only has one setting ... batsh!t crazy! It is utterly unfathomable how these types of personalities keep getting elected into public office.
