A former Russian soldier killed a customer at a "Snek bar" in Vladimir Oblast, Russia, yesterday morning. Eyewitnesses reported the Russian man entered the pub with a knife, discussing his duty and claiming everyone was relaxing while his comrades were dying in Ukraine.
