In 2004, motoring show Top Gear invited a blind army veteran, Billy Baxter, to attempt to drive a lap of their test track. With guidance from Jeremy Clarkson, Baxter was able to not only complete a lap of the circuit, but also set a faster lap time than two of the show's previous celebrity guests.
