Kid Rock surprises a special needs fan named Dan at his B-day party. Dan's mom said they had no idea Kid Rock was coming & he didn't just stay for 5 minutes for publicity then leave but he stayed for over 3 hours & has since taken Dan to concerts,NBA games and has been a really good friend to Dan.
