I built the legendary "Grim Marrow" in real life! I used over 400 LEDs, hundreds of resin crystals and a lot of foam! Took me 4 weeks to complete and was originally commissioned by Square Enix Germany (thanks!)! Didn't get the gun in the game yet though. Hope you have better luck than me! x-)
